For today’s post I wanted to share another way I like to use Young Living products. Today’s product is Young Living’s NingXia Red.
NingXia Red® is a naturally delicious, nutrient-infused wolfberry drink that
will energize, fortify, and replenish your body. Rich in wide-spectrum
antioxidant activity, NingXia Red has the highest levels of naturally occurring,
age-defying S-ORAC activity to help support immune function, cardiovascular
health, and nourish the eyes. NingXia Red also contains lemon and orange
essential oils rich in the powerful antioxidant d-limonene to promote healthy
liver function. Ningxia wolfberry, the primary ingredient in NingXia Red, has
been cherished for centuries for its health, energy, and longevity benefits.
Whole Ningxia wolfberries and other nutrient-dense fruit juices, like blueberry
and pomegranate, make NingXia Red the perfect choice for optimizing wellness and
stepping up to a whole new level of health.
I also used in this video a product that I am enjoying quite a bit, it is a Soda Streamer.
You can get one starting around $79 from amazon.com
I have been searching the internet for a simple recipe to make my own Essential oil foaming hand soap. After a bit of trial and error, here is what I have come up with.
What you will Need:
Foaming soap dispenser: I happened to have one I purchased from Young Living, I am sure most of us have one from Bath and Body Works or even Dial now has a foaming dispenser.
Young Living Essential Oil: I used Thieves in my recipe.
Distilled Water or Spring Water: Of course these are the best choices vs your tap water.
Decorative Rocks: Totally optional… But I think they look cool, or colors marbles also would be nice. Also a tip the rocks help to mix the soap inside the container.
Unscented Body Wash: I used “Everyday Shea Moisturizing Body Wash” unscented all natural Body Wash, This makes a great base.
Step 3: Add the Young Living Thieves Essential oil> I used 8-10 Drops
Step 5: Replace the foaming pump cap and carefully mix the container. The rocks will do most of the work for you.
Step 6: You are ready to pump away and viola foaming hand soap with all of the goodness of Thieves essential oil.
Young Living Thieves Oil has antiviral and antiseptic properties. This oil blend contains the oils of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus and Rosemary.
